Cookie has a Masters Degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in addictive behaviors, as well as two additional coaching certifications. She’s been working with individuals and groups on weight loss and emotional eating issues for over 35 years using a blend of brain science, psychology, life coaching and life experience.
